H | 要把严的基调落实到巡察整改工作全过程，紧盯重点人、重点事和重点问题，盯住重点领域、关键环节，持续补漏纠偏，不断深化以巡促改、以巡促建、以巡促治，以整改成效促进抚顺各项工作高质量发展。 反馈强调，做好巡察“后半篇文章”关键要在整改上发力，整改不落实，就是对党不忠诚、对人民不负责。要压紧压实巡察整改各方责任，合力推进整改落实，确保巡察发现问题全部整改到位。
I | 被巡察党组织要认真履行巡察整改主体责任，建立问题清单、责任清单、任务清单。主要负责人要自觉担起巡察整改第一责任人责任，重要工作要亲自部署、重大事项要亲自过问、重要环节要亲自协调、重要问题要亲自督办，切实把巡察整改抓在手上，坚持以上率下，全力推进整改。
